As an entrepreneur, you don’t get paid hourly. In fact, if you’re not doing paid client work or anything that moves your business forward, you’re not getting paid at all!
That’s why we’re always looking for ways to be super efficient at Lucky Bee. We’ve invested in platforms, tools, courses and a business coach to create processes that save both you and us time when working together!
Below are some of our favorite tools that you may benefit from, too!
Dubsado is our #1 tool, hands down! We use it for invoicing, proposals, scheduling appointments, automations, and more. If you’re interested in trying it, use code luckybee for a discount!
Last year we switched from Photoshop to Canva for pin creation. Being able to download pins at once, easily duplicate them, use Canva’s stock photos and change out colors and fonts easily has made this a total gamechanger. Saving this much time makes our pinterest services more affordable for clients!
We love perusing Creative Market for social media templates, graphics, fonts and mock-ups. They help you showcase your products and services beautifully while also saving you tons of time.
We now use Tailwind to help us schedule a month’s worth of pins in one sitting ???? Use this link for a free month to try it out!
We use the free version of planoly to schedule all of our Instagram content. This Instagram tool will let you see posts in a grid format before posting, which is super helpful.
Last year we created a process for onboarding clients with the help of Val Marlene Creative. Our clients consistently LOVE this and it helped us go from ~8 hours to 1 hour of onboarding time. We highly recommend working with her!
The majority of our clients work with Mailchimp and it’s easy to set up larger marketing campaigns as well as automated emails, shop emails and more. In addition, you can set up social ads and integrate with other platforms like Hubspot and Shopify, and it’s free to use up to 2,000 email addresses.
Rather than coding a website from scratch, we work with the WordPress Elementor plugin to build custom websites for our clients. Not only does it have a fast load time, but it’s much more affordable than other website builders like Showit.
Cheers to working smarter not harder! I think we can all agree that that’s the ultimate goal, right?! How do you save time in your business?
